Whylon Cardigan yarn kit (Norwegian and English)

The Whylon Cardigan is knitted top-down. First, the back is knitted back and forth with increases to shape the shoulders. Stitches are picked up from each shoulder for the front pieces, which are each knitted back and forth with increases for the neck. Once the yoke is complete, the various sections are joined into one, and the body is knitted back and forth. Stitches are picked up along the armhole for the sleeves, along the neckline for the neckband, and the button band is knitted last. The yoke, the bottom of the body, and the bottom of the sleeves feature a patterned design.

Tynn Silk Mohair from Sandnes Garn: 57% mohair, 28% silk, and 15% wool
